Salonbot ("we") runs the assistant that answers messages sent to the Instagram or WhatsApp account of a business that uses the Altegio booking platform — a beauty salon, clinic, spa, studio or any other service business ("the salon" below). We process your data on behalf of that salon: the salon decides how your data is used, we provide the service and keep the conversation running.
Only to answer your questions, find available time, create, move or cancel appointments in the salon's booking system, and hand the conversation to the salon's administrators when needed. In addition, we prepare aggregated statistics for the salon about what clients ask for and when they write (which services, which hours). If the salon enables it, we also compare the assistant's replies with the replies of the salon's administrators in the same conversation, so that the salon can correct the information the assistant uses about the salon (prices, opening hours, services); for this the conversation text is sent to Anthropic, and only short quotes of the assistant's and the administrator's replies are kept, without phone numbers. When the salon first connects its Instagram account, we load the salon's Direct conversations of the last 30 days and prepare statistics for the salon (number of conversations, reply times, frequent topics) without sending them to the language model; only at the salon's request a sample of these conversations, with phone numbers replaced, is sent to Anthropic to show how the assistant would have replied, and nothing is sent to clients. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
Conversation history is kept for up to 24 months to serve returning clients, then deleted. Voice messages are kept as audio files within the conversation for the same 24 months; copies of photos — for up to 60 days. Notifications to the salon's staff follow the same 24-month limit; raw message delivery logs (webhook payloads) are kept for 90 days. Appointment records are kept in the salon's booking system as part of its accounting.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time: write to support@salonbot.app, send "delete my data" in Direct to the salon (see Data deletion). When a salon removes Salonbot from its Instagram account, everything we received through that account is deleted automatically. Requests about appointments already made are handled together with the salon.

Зачем: ответить, подобрать время, создать, перенести или отменить запись в системе салона и передать диалог администратору; сводная статистика для салона: о каких услугах спрашивают и когда пишут; для рекламы не используется; если салон это включил — ещё сверить ответы ассистента с ответами администраторов салона в той же переписке, чтобы поправить сведения о салоне (цены, часы работы, услуги); для этого текст переписки передаётся Anthropic, а храним только короткие цитаты ответов ассистента и администратора, без номеров телефонов; при первом подключении Instagram салона — загрузить переписку Direct салона за последние 30 дней и подготовить для салона статистику (сколько диалогов, как быстро отвечали, частые темы) без передачи языковой модели; только по просьбе салона выборка этих переписок с заменёнными номерами телефонов передаётся Anthropic, чтобы показать, как ответил бы ассистент, — клиенткам при этом ничего не отправляется. Кто получает данные: сам салон, Meta (доставка сообщений), Altegio (система записи), Anthropic (языковая модель, которая составляет ответы и готовит по переписке сводку спроса для салона; на обучение моделей переписка не идёт, голосовые ей не передаются), Railway (хостинг), Telegram (уведомления сотрудникам салона о переписках, которым нужен человек), Cloudflare (сеть и шифрование соединения перед нашим сервером). Историю переписки храним до 24 месяцев (голосовые — столько же, копии фото — до 60 дней), сырые журналы доставки сообщений — 90 дней. Удалить данные: письмо на support@salonbot.app, сообщение «удалите мои данные» в Direct салона; салон, удаливший приложение в своём Instagram, запускает удаление всего, что мы получили через его аккаунт.
