Data deletion

If you are a client of a salon

To delete the data the assistant stored about you (conversation history, photos you sent, name and phone given in chat):

send "delete my data" in Direct to the salon you were writing to; or
email support@salonbot.app with your Instagram username or phone number.

We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply. Appointment records already created in the salon's booking system are kept as part of the salon's accounting unless you ask its administrator to remove them.

If you are a salon

Remove Salonbot from your Instagram account (Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or Meta Business Suite → Business apps). Meta notifies us and we delete automatically everything received through that account: the access token, Direct conversations with their photos, appointments created by the assistant, notifications to your staff, comments under your posts, client profiles built from those conversations and raw message logs. The assistant stops immediately. Your Salonbot cabinet accounts and knowledge base stay until you ask us to remove them at support@salonbot.app.

Удаление данных

Клиентке салона: напишите «удалите мои данные» в Direct салона или на support@salonbot.app (ник Instagram или номер телефона). Удаляем в течение 30 дней и подтверждаем ответом. Записи, уже созданные в системе салона, удаляет администратор салона.

Салону: удалите приложение Salonbot в своём Instagram (Настройки → Приложения и сайты либо Meta Business Suite). Meta уведомляет нас, и мы автоматически удаляем всё, что получили через этот аккаунт: токен доступа, переписки Direct с фото, записи, созданные ассистентом, уведомления сотрудникам, комментарии под постами, карточки клиенток из этих переписок и сырые журналы сообщений. Ассистент сразу останавливается. Учётки кабинета и база знаний остаются, пока вы не попросите удалить их письмом на support@salonbot.app.
