Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-27

Salonbot answers messages sent to the Instagram or WhatsApp account of a business that uses the Altegio booking platform — a beauty salon, clinic, spa, studio or any other service business ("the salon" below) and helps you book an appointment at that salon.

Prices, availability and promotions are confirmed by the salon; the assistant may transfer your conversation to an administrator at any moment.
An appointment is confirmed only after the assistant or an administrator explicitly confirms it with date, time and specialist.
Refunds, complaints and compensation are handled by the salon's administrators only.
Services are provided by the salon, not by Salonbot; we are responsible for the operation of the assistant.
Do not send sensitive medical or payment card data in messages.
We may change these terms; the current version is always published at this address.

Контакт: support@salonbot.app.
